We have a vast expertise working with Refugees, Asylum seekers and New Immigrants into Canada and the USA. And are driven by a passion for human rights, equality, social justice and a desire to make Canada and the USA welcoming nations and environments of sanctuary for those seeking our protection.
FAD Foundation helps victims of torture, persecution and war to rebuild their future in Canada and the USA through specialist advice, support and advocacy services. We provide urgent support for those in the asylum process and seek to ease the transition to life as a fully registered and law-abiding refugee.
We empower our communities to have their voices heard. And do a campaign for positive changes to the Refugee system and provide a leading voice for the refugee division in Canada and the USA.
Besides our Refugee Settlement Support Services, we are also active in 2 other program areas namely; The Annual North America “Africa Recognition, Excellence & Appreciation” AREA Awards which is an annual Celebration of Friendship, Excellence, Inspiration and Innovation in various categorized sectors of Canada & USA. And the Electoral Monitoring, Human Rights & Political Dialogue program that puts emphasis on democratizing, respecting, and enforcing Free and Fair regular Elections based on the electoral calendars of various countries. Failure of which leads to the endless human migrations, wars & civil strife, death, rape & sexual assault, suffering, illiteracy, disease & destruction, underdevelopment, family break down and persistent poverty as refugees seek shelter elsewhere.
